Organizational change can be hard to achieve alone. When standing so close to something it can be hard to see the woods for the trees. As a trained group facilitator and a trained group therapist, I can offer you, your senior leadership team and staff a space to reflect on how you want to achieve the goals and mission statement of your organization.
The work is comprised of three stages:
1. Getting to know you and the organization’s needs.
2. Focus groups.
3. Organizational change policies created.
